I ordered monomer and a couple other items but by mistake the wrong address populated in the shipping and my items were going to be shipped to an address in Texas but I am in Arkansas currently. So, I called the store and they gave me Mauricio's number to see if he could correct the issue. He was AWESOME!!! He made it VERY simple and seamless to just not only find my order QUICKLY but to make sure that it would be sent to the CORRECT address in Arkansas. He sent me my tracking number within MINUTES and I got my package EARLIER than I expected. This is the type of CUSTOMER SERVICE that I can REALLY appreciate! Thanks again Mauricio!!! You saved the day!
